Although we are sure you will be pleased with your Lucid Hearing purchase, there may be a need to return your purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
OTC hearing aids purchased at LucidHearing.com can be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. If purchased through any of our hearing centers in Sam’s Club, you can do so within 90 days and receive a refund. If purchased through other retailers, Lucid Hearing Aids are risk free with a 1- year warranty and a 60-day manufacturer return period. Individual retailer return periods may vary.
Non-hearing aid items (accessories, hearing protection, TV HearGear etc.) purchased at LucidHearing.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.
If you need to send your product back to us, please use the original manufacturer’s packaging and ensure it is in new condition.
Prior to returning an item, please contact one of our Customer Solutions Team Members at 800-785-6052. They will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and steps to processing your return. Any returns received without an RMA number will not be processed or refunded.
When we receive and inspect the return, a refund or credit will be issued. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment used for purchase within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is a result of an error by Lucid Hearing or damage during shipping. Proof of error and/or damage required.
